Welcome to our apartment in the lovely city of Nice.

The apartment is in the heart of the old town, a couple of minutes walk from local amenities and 5 minutes walk from the Mediterranean sea and Nice’s 5km-long beach.

Fully equipped for both long and short term visits, it is spacious (approximately 73m²) and can comfortably accommodate two couples in its two double bedrooms. There is a large open-plan living / dining room, kitchen, shower room and separate wc, and plenty of storage space.

Summer lasts for 6 months from May to October and temperatures frequently reach 30°C+ (86°F), while April and November can be 20°+C. Winters are mild (13°C+) with cool nights.
